Villa Giancarlo - Lovely Villa with Stone and Wood Elements in Sivota Bay

Villa Giancarlo is nested on a hill surrounding Sivota Bay with beautiful views. While being located in the middle of nature, it still offers easy access to the village of Sivota (just 1km away) full of fine tavernas, bars, bakeries or markets that are available all season long from 8 am until 12 am. You can walk to the village (15-20 min) or go by car (5-8 min). There is a brand new asphalt road connecting the villa and Sivota village, built-in 2020.

This original and charming villa, surrounded by Olive trees, offers a peaceful view of the bay of Sivota. An outdoor terrace with a pergola to protect you from a strong sun in the high season, as well as a curtain system to reduce the wind in the evening allow you to enjoy a nice breakfast/lunch/dinner with the scent of local herbs and flowers. A large parking spot beside the villa allows up to 3 cars to be parked.

Villa Giancarlo is fully equipped and air-conditioned. Composed of 4 bedrooms - 2 with double beds, 1 with two single beds and 1 with a single bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet in each, this villa will give you all the comfort to enjoy your vacation. The cleaning team is taking care of the villa once a week. Extra cleaning is possible on request.

A Wi-fi Internet connection is going through a 3G Router and a system of prepaid cards. One card including 5Gb of data valid for 7 days is offered as part of our welcome package. Any extra card provided will be at cost.

In 2020 most of the world faced a new pandemic. In order to stay in business and propose a safe environment for our guests, we decided to work with a professional company. The company is certified ISO 9001-2015. The products used have been certified by a specialised organism and approved as an efficient solution against the Covid virus.
We follow as well the guidelines from The European Commission. The fumigation process is applied after each guest's departure to ensure the safety of the cleaning team and of course of our new guests. These specifics explained the raise in our cost as the safety of our guests is the most important.
